We will inspect raw materials and components before production begins in order to minimized the chance of defects.
Inspection record shall be maintained and traceable at the current year. Material inspecton includes:Chemical Verfication,
Mechanical Verfication,Apperance control,Dimensional control
At the same times, we implement flow process card to monitor each single procedure. Each department has a related tracking
table to trace production progress.
The final quality check performed before shipping is significant to ensure accuracy. 100% of the finished products will be visually
inspected and tested after production has been completed and before final products are packed for shippment.
